(1) Grand Prize Winner and up to three guests, which consists of (i) a three night vacation to Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida; and (i) a four night Disney Cruise Line Bahamian cruise for Group to be taken aboard the Disney Dream. If this Grand Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this Grand Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $1,453.68, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this Grand Prize.
