COLGATE-PALMOLIVE - 2016 LATIN GRAMMY AWARDS SWEEPSTAKES

(1) GRAND PRIZE: A (3) day / (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV, on Sponsor-selected dates expected to be November 16, 2016 through November 18, 2016, consisting of the following elements for the Group:

[1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/dual occupancy room and room tax only) for two (2) nights at a hotel (selected by Sponsor) in City;

[2] (2) tickets to the 17th Annual Latin Grammy Awards held on November 17, 2016;

[3] $500 spending money for the winner.

[4] if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located more than (200) miles from the City, round-trip domestic air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located (200) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the hotel, and

[5] airport/hotel transfers.

ARV of Grand Prize: $4,500.

(10) FIRST PRIZES: (1) Walmart Gift Card worth $150.
ARV of First Prizes: $1,500.

(50) SECOND PRIZES: (1) Walmart Gift Card worth $50.
ARV of Second Prizes: $2,500.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $8,500.
